This 7-acre surf lagoon will host two outside surf breaks and the potential for two inside surf breaks.
It will accommodates up to 72 surfers, averaging 35 – 45 surfers an hour.
The main building will be 49,000 sq. ft. and 48’ tall. A secondary building will be 9,432 sq. ft. with 20 bungalow-style athlete accommodations, reaching 38’ tall.
Primary access to Snug Harbor will come from the existing Irvine Avenue driveway, with a new secondary driveway along Mesa Drive.
Guests will be provided with outdoor seating and lounge areas with wave viewing platforms, cabanas, 3 pools and a spa.
Additional amenities include surf-related retail, food and beverage services, locker rooms, as well as lifeguards and lifeguard towers.
